Recent flooding in some parts of Florida brought a deluge of water in residential streets. A woman named Franshara Napoleon was stopped at a red light, when she looked out of her passenger-side window and saw what appeared to be a shark swimming in the flooded street. ABC News is one of many news outlets that picked up her video.

“A Florida woman was stunned to see what appeared to be a shark swimming in floodwaters,” ABC News wrote in its Instagram post sharing Napoleon’s footage.

Many people in the comments section chime in to note that the animal is likely not a shark but a large tarpon.

“That’s definitely not a shark. It looks like a tarpon. They get realllllyyyy big,” wrote one person.
