Massive boulders rained down upon a popular trail in Utah on Friday, and now the trail may need to remain closed until spring. Bailee Hamilton captured a viral video of the rock slide on the Bridal Veil Falls trail in Provo Canyon, and she narrowly missed being in the middle of it.
“Emerson and I saw a rock slide as we were driving down Provo Canyon today,” Hamilton wrote in her post sharing the footage. “It occurred in a spot that is very popular so we decided to stop and make sure that everyone was OK. As we were walking up, I heard a second side coming. We both started running and we were able to turn around and get these videos. Definitely wasn’t on my bingo card for this year.”

In the raw version of her footage, you can hear Hamilton say: “I was just standing there!”
