The Trekr Straight Pant from KÜHL is as good as it gets, as far as outdoor-lifestyle pants go. I love the stretch, the premium feel of the fabric, and the pockets. Stand-out features include the hem bungee around the ankles, paired with the drawcord around the waist, which both allow you to customize the fit of the pants. The Trekr pant is quick drying, moisture wicking, and abrasion resistant, and it offers UPF 50+ sun protection.
KÜHL’s Wander 1/2 Zip is an incredibly lightweight, packable layer that’ll give you that little bit of warmth and protection against the elements for shoulder seasons like fall. The Emberglow color is my favorite, but it comes in several other options as well. You’ll appreciate the thoughtful design details, including a cinchable waist bungee, an interior security pocket, a kangaroo pocket, and the durable, water-resistant fabric with sun protection built in.

In my family, fall means soccer season, and I spend a lot of time at the soccer field watching practices, scrimmages, and games. Rumpl’s new Gametime Puffy Blanket is the perfect solution for sports parents, NFL fans, and anyone else who is frequently sitting on bleachers or grass this fall. My coziest new fall routine is making an Emberk matcha latte every morning as I sit down to write. Emberk is a small Canadian business that offers mushroom-based coffee replacement drinks, including its Mushroom Coffee and Mushroom Latte blends, which are both excellent. A newer product to the lineup is Matcha Latte, a blend of six functional mushrooms, high-grade Japanese matcha, and live probiotics.
To make a hot matcha latte, mix three teaspoons of the powdered mix into a cup of hot water or milk. I use oat milk and sweeten with honey, and then blend it well. The mix also makes a yummy iced drink, if you prefer. Emberk’s Matcha Latte has no sugar, only 30 mg of caffeine, and delivers a mix of lion’s mane, cordyceps, reishi, maitake, turkey tail, and chaga mushrooms, which support things like mental clarity, immunity, and blood sugar regulation.

This fall, I had to replace several water bottles before my kids headed back to school, and Stanley’s IceFlow Bottle with a flip straw has been a winner in my family. Finally, the best addition I’ve made to my closet this fall is most certainly The Landmark Project’s new half-snap sherpa jacket. The company’s fall 2026 collection features not only the Traverse unisex half-snap sherpa in Frontier (pictured) but also several other fleeces and sherpas in color combinations that’ll transport you to your favorite outdoor places. The half-snap sherpa is cozy, stylish, and functional as the weather gets cooler. Due to unisex sizing, the sherpa runs big, so keep that in mind when ordering.
Also part of The Landmark Project’s fall 2026 collection are socks and beanies in colors and patterns that match well with the fleeces and sherpas. I love the Forest Friends Sock, which is made from a soft, organic cotton blend and has a playful, outdoorsy pattern. The Landmark Cold Front Beanie is my top choice for headwear heading into the chilly season. It’s cute and not itchy in the slightest.
