Australian skydiving company Commando Skydivers recently shared an inspirational jump by one of its customers—a woman celebrating her 90th birthday. The woman, “Josie,” looked incredibly calm as she jumped.

“Josie did a #tandemskydive @commandoskydivers on #worldskydivingday to celebrate her 90th birthday,” wrote Commando Skydivers in a Facebook post sharing footage of the jump.

In an interview with local news, Josie said she’s still recovering from the thrill of it all, and that she was happy to have the experience with her family.
